Fearless and playful. The Airedale has loads of energy and requires daily exercise for its rowdy demeanor. Very loving, intelligent, independent and can be stubborn.

History: 

Originated in England named after the valley of Aire where they were bred as hunting dogs by crossing the Black and Tan Terriers with the Otter Hound.
