Appearance: 

Small, slender, sturdy dogs covered in short, tight coats. The head is rounded and the muzzle is long and narrow. The ears are triangular-shaped and held erect. The tail is usually docked and carried high.

White with black or brown patches.

Minimal grooming required.

Temperament: 

Feisty, lively, active little dogs that are intelligent and easily trained. They are fiercely loyal and form strong bonds with family members. They require a great deal of exercise and mental stimulation or they tend to get bored and get into trouble. They have a strong prey drive and need to be in a fenced in area.
