Appearance: 

Medium-sized, lean, athletic dogs covered in a short, tight coat. The head is long and narrow. The ears are small, set high and folded. The tail is long and thin and carried low.

Temperament: 

Easygoing, mild-mannered and loving. They are gentle and patient and good with children and other pets. They can run up to 40 mph and need to be kept in a fenced in area. They require daily exercise, as they love to run. They form strong bonds with family members. Do not make the best watch dogs.
